In the first half of this talk, Nehaarika will provide a statistical and anecdotal analysis on the state of our current generations’ mental health hygiene, both in terms of diagnosable illnesses as well as poor mental health practices derived from environmental and societal stressors. Following the presentation of current mental health hygiene as a problem, she will examine meditation and other soft skills as a solution and present a case for said solution.
