About the speaker:Sara Heinen is a vegan foodie, surfer, yogi and UX-Designer from Cologne, Germany. She runs Happy Planties, a german online-magazine and podcast about vegan nutrition and mindful living. Going vegan in 2013 turned her life upside down. Becoming aware of how far she had departed from true self, she quit her 9to5 (or more 9to10) job as unit-leader in a digital agency. She started surfing, went to Spain to work as chef in a surfcamp, began working freelance, founded Happy Planties in 2016 and became location independent. She now shares her knowledge from nutritional training and the enthusiasm from her own experience, with people who are motivated to change their lives for greater health – for themselves, planet earth and all beings.
