Solemen Indonesia – The Power of H O P E

Come and listen to his story, the reason why behind and how he managed to create this non-profit charity which is primalry focusing its efforts on helping the disadvantaged in Bali, Indonesia. Background: People with disabilities in Bali are often hidden behind closed doors living very sad lives not receiving the care or medical attention despite suffering serious ailments. Yayasan Solemen Indonesia, an Indonesian registered charity, helps turn lives around for those with disabilities and disadvantages, assisting them to access medical assessments, treatment, therapy, sponsorships and ongoing holistic support. We create opportunities in care, education and work to enable the break the cycle of poverty. From small beginnings the charity is now renowned for enhancing lives of those most in need in Bali.  About Robert: Robert has a lot of previous experience in charity work having been involved for many years, with many treks under his belt. From across the Atlas Mountains in Morocco, in the mountains of Nepal, coast to coast through the rainforests in Costa Rica, Mount Mulanje (Africa’s 3rd highest mountain in Malawi), trekking to base camp Everest, Tibet.
