The founder of Dojo and some of the team visited an amazing project called Harapan Project – Sumbawa/Indonesia (Harapan means HOPE) a couple weeks ago on the island of Sambawa. Harapan Project is an NGO setup by the amazing Carlos Ferrandiz. Carlos for the last 6 years has literally brought hope, medical treatment & education to a very poor community of Hu’u 6 Villages, 1,400 children that seriously need it.
Dojo would like to pledge our support behind the Harapan Project – Sumbawa/Indonesia and help bring essential tools, money and support to a very real grass roots project. After only a very small taste of what Carlos is endeavouring to achieve and already accomplished we feel that the Dojo is the perfect fit to bring about positive change to this community and help Carlos get what he needs to basically keep doing what he’s doing.
On the 13th April Carlos is endeavouring to venture back to Bali to come do a talk to the folks at Dojo, this will obviously be a free event designed to create awareness and work on a framework to help The Harapan Project, stay tuned for event update.
