Open to all levels of meditators! This event will offer a short intro to basic mindfulness of breath, 20 minutes of mindfulness guidance, and there will be time for questions at the end.

About the speaker:
Sara is a 300 hour certified meditation teacher and has trained with leading teachers in New York City, San Francisco, and London. Her formal vows are in the Zen tradition of Tibetan teacher Thich Nhat Hanh. She works individually with clients focusing on self-healing practices. She also creates the lesson curriculum and writes the meditations housed in the Balance App created by Elevate Labs. During her Master’s degree at Columbia University, she studied the psychological benefits of mindfulness meditation on refugees suffering from post-traumatic stress.
