Life Cycle, Bottle Necks and Perspective
Why do some fields of technology blast forward with innovations and discoveries and others don’t? Simply but; they are limited. But limitation are often complex and have a long change of parameters that limited them every step of the way or in more environment focused times, simply limited by the green foot print. This talk will be focused around structural materials (on a microscopic scale) and their use in modern electronics, life cycle analysis, green food print, limitation of development, design of materials and potential break troughs.
Skill Level: Intermediate
What People Will Learn:
– Perspective on modern material research
– Knowledge on life cycle of materials in moderns technology
– Limits on green technologies
– The problem with manufacturing new advanced technologies
– Impact on the environment
About the speaker:
Danish PhD student in physics. Jeppe have been studying a multitude of method of which to characterize and analyses various materials throughout my time at university and in the world of materials science. However, he has always had a focus on materials related to green energy solution in one way or another. This have allowed him to do research around the world and privilege to present his work at several conference in both Asia, USA and Europe.
