Stop with time management obsession, constant busy-ness, non productive endless work hours
Short Description :
Change your approach on productivity !
We find a lot of informations, books or training on productivity hack, time management, or how to beat procrastination. What if the key of all these topics was self-awareness? What if all of these issues would be solved or mitigated by knowing yourself, your nature, your rhythm,… simply by tapping into that knowledge in practical ways to be more efficient AND happy at work? These issues can be especially challenging while working remotely on a tropical island… There is a lot to say on this subject. During this talk, Helene will focus on how to use self-awareness to organise your tasks, and develop work frames and habits, all of that by shifting mindset and managing your energy, not your time.
What People will Learn :
– understand your natural rhythm, your energy level fluctuations and how and why it is important in work organisation
– discover a different way to categorize and organise your tasks and days
– create a morning routine to quick-start your day
– another look on the eisenhower matrix : how saving time for “non-productive” tasks actually makes you more productive.
About the speaker :
Helene is a professional empowerment advisor and trainer. She uses self-awareness (knowing yourself) in practical approaches to help people empower themselves professionally and develop a happy sustainable work life. Her inspiration and knowledges come from her background in corporate in various positions working within the UN and then in developing urban planning projects with high strategic and political stakes. These years made her realise that the only way to reach a sustainable and empowering work organisation is to put the human being and its needs and value in the center of the picture, both individually and collectively.
When she left this life to create her own business, she developed the trainings and coaching products she wished she had in her previous life.
