How a goal setting system makes you a lean solopreneur
Being a solopreneur today is uniquely challenging: First, you have many roles to cover working on your business – plus you have a life. Second, the increasing speed of change through technology makes it even harder to plan things. And third, individual and personal challenges pay its tribute as well. This workshop will show you how modern goal setting works (and what’s used in Silicon Valley) as well as discuss the term of lean solopreneurship with you. Participants will leave with action steps to becoming a more lean solopreneur.
What People Will Learn:
-Assess if you are a lean solopreneur (how much do work on the wrong things?)
-The importance of knowing your „Why“ and the dark side of „I want to be…“?
-How to get from abstract vision to specific day-to-day-execution
-The simple power of a goal setting and execution system
