Lady Boss: Do No Harm, Take No Shit

How to be kind but still stand up to yourself?

This May, get ready to be inspired by four females of Dojo Community: Baillie Thornhill, Natty Valencia, Francesca Ruvolo & Adele Wiejazcka while we talk about this topic! These ladies will share about their personal stories, struggles & achievements while working remotely building their brands and business, especially about how they manage share kindness wherever they go while still protecting their values & standing up for theirselves. Come to share your questions and ideas, whilst networking with other lady bosses. We are bringing back this really cool event to celebrate the amazing women who are building fantastic businesses in Dojo.

The Lady Bosses:
Baillie Thornhill used to train horses professionally, she graduated with a major in Eastern Philosophy and a minor in Social Entrepreneurialism. She sold knives for 5 year, managed at lululemon for 4 – where she met Natty! She has dabbled in the world of VA and IG Account Management. Has been a yoga instructor since 2017, as well as a content and copywriter. Last year she supported the expansion of a friends SEO agency before bringing to life Conscious Lead.

Natty Valencia is a former songwriter turned digital storyteller and direct response copywriter. She began her self-employed journey at 17 and wrote product emails at lululemon for 5 years – where she met Baillie.  Fusing her diverse background in performance, sales and content creation, she developed an interest in marketing and human behaviour. Last year, Natty helped 25 business owners tell better brand stories before co-building Conscious Lead.

Francesca Ruvolo is an Italian travel blogger, Youtuber and entrepreneur. She graduated in Communication and Marketing and has been spending the last 4 years working and traveling through Central and South America, Europe and Asia. 2 years ago’ she opened her Youtube Channel and Instagram account @wildflowermood to talk about her travels and lifestyle which receive a huge hit from her audience.Through her presence online she sells her digital marketing courses and workshops mainly about Social Media Marketing and online content creations.

From Alaska to Bali, Adele Wiejazcka has always had a love of the outdoors, wilderness travel, adventure and creating. Never the settler, she loved her wilderness work, but wanted more freedom in her life and desired to live out her creative side. She received her Masters in Fine Art from Academy of Art University in San Francisco and started Live Large Design agency to provide high-quality visuals and websites to the industries that she loves most: Environmental agencies, outdoor tour companies, start-ups, and other impactful businesses.  Adele worked as a wilderness guide for over a decade on the rivers of Southwest America and Colorado, mushed sled dogs across Alaska, and ran environmental education camps for kids.Today, Adele travels internationally while running her agency and managing her location independent team. Her life of travel has brought many unique experiences and connections.
