Verena Webel was born and raised in Germany. After University Verena moved to Berlin where she worked as Freelancer in the IT-Departement of Daimler Financial Services. In 2007 she co-founded her own IT-Consultancy with two partners, with focus on business and it-consulting in the automotive industry. at the peak of the business she was the CEO of 13 employees managing a portfolio of several international multi million dollar projects. Her company survived the financial crisis, but had to downsize in numbers. End of 2014 she decided to leave her career in the male dominated and money driven environment to travel the world and reevaluate her priorities. Traveling to 20+ countries, volunteering in several social and environmental projects it became clear, that personal development and having a positive impact in the world matter more than , 1st class flights and prestige to her. In 2017 she found the Agency of Awesomeness. She uses her personal strengths in communication and networking to create win-win-win situations and connects location independent freelancers to conscious businesses. As a passion project she is in the process to found a NGO with the goal to empower women and encourage girls to learn coding.
Irina Norna is was born in Kazakhstan, and grew up in Africa and lived in Kazakhstan, Russia and Ukraine. At 20 years old started working as radio DJ host, and at 23 created her first business, a Interior Design Company. Then in 2007 had a child, divorced his father and succumbed to the financial crisis which stopped the construction processes and destroyed my business all in one year. In 2008 she found a new business opportunity – education through the Internet and founded a company. She is a coach, mentor, and entrepreneur, and the founder of the international educational online-center for women. This year she celebrated its 10th anniversary. The main focus of her courses is to help women understand their values and create a masterpiece out of their life, improve self-esteem, reach self-fulfillment. The courses are for those women who do not want to live according to the traditional patriarchy principles any more but also do not see themselves as radical feminists.
Andrea B.C. Drottholm was born and raised in Sweden. With a certain restlessness and urge to explore the world she sat out aged 19. Since then working, studying and living it up in twelve different countries across the globe, until date. In 2003 she started off a website and managed over 130 to holiday apartments in Barcelona.The agency closed 2010 as she moved to Bali and pursued a dream as a yoga retreat owner.Together with three more partners dream became real, Samadi Bali opened doors in 2013. She now co manages and teach yoga at Samadi Bali as wwll as designs her own yoga clothing line and jewellery. Willing to share ideas and motivate others, that anything is possible!
