The science of anxiety and new ways to decrease it
Anxiety is a fight or flight happening. Lack of oxygen, overstimulation, imbalances, and skewed mental relationships are all aspects that can lead to anxiety. In this talk, we discuss how to figure out where the anxiety is originating, how to measure it, and then how to minimize it (or even rid it).

About the speaker:
Kieran works with leaders who are held back in their startups, missions, or corporations to decrease fears, doubts, and anxieties so that they can optimize clarity, creativity, and productivity. He has worked with suicidal clients and those brimming with energy alike, as the basis of anxiety is all the same; it’s the reverse engineering of that anxiety that changes depending on the individual.
Through facing his own struggles with anxiety and depression, Kieran became devoted to learning as much around the science and the spiritual around anxiety and depression so that he could shift it in his own life to lead a life of peace and joy; so that he could learn how to shift it in others too.
