Build resilience. Heart Math is quantified gamified breathwork coupled with a biofeedback device that instructs you how to build resilience & neutralize stress by influencing your heart rate variability (HRV). Your facilitator will breakdown Heart Math theory in a short presentation that precedes the guided biofeedback sessions and then closes with a discussion of your read outs.
What People Will Learn:
- You will learn about HRV, your nervous system, and how to get into a state of coherence.
- You will learn a sublime breathing technique that prepares you for and allows you to bounce back from any stressful event.
- You will get to hook yourself up to a biofeedback device that monitors your HRV and calculates your brain wave state as you practice bringing your heart, mind, and nervous system into alignment.
About the speaker:
Bob Chugani, is a certified Heart Math coach/mentor, public speaker, sleep hacker, and a humble student of neurobiology, psychology, emotional intelligence, and all things esoteric. He is the founder of Epic Heart Math, an organization dedicated to equipping the community with tools to manage their stress and optimize their sleep.
