Starting a business is a scary thing. It looks a lot riskier then what it is, and more so by the many misconceptions we have been through. Things have changed, you can start a business with little risk and high chance of success, not to say 100% chance of success.
I often met people that want to build a business but don’t know where to start. This presentation is for them, for you. They usually tell me:

I will show you that this assumptions are wrong and why, and show you a framework to build a business without guesswork.
I will talk about the real reason you have not start a business. how to apply simple concepts of Lean Startup methodology to remove the guess work from creating a new business and that you don’t really need an idea, money or know how to start to start. Yes, you don’t need to know how to start, how ironic isn’t it?

About the speaker*:
My name is Matteo, I am Brazilian/Italian based in Barcelona and currently spending a season in Bali. I started as an Entrepreneur in 2010 after working in marketing for L´Oreal. My work was killing me, I hated it, so when a booked opened my mind about what could be done online (The 4 hour workweek) I quit and started my first business.
I have try and tested many ideas through the years, building my first website to 1M in yearly sales only to see sales crash, and then build my second 1M yearly sales business. I have helped many friends build their own business based on some of the business rules and insights I have learned in the last 6 years.
Since I started this journey in 2010 I have read more then 300 books, spent more then 10k in courses, spent countless hours talking to so many entrepreneurs in organizations like the Dynamite Circle, Kite founders club and many meet ups. Talking and learning business is my hobby, and I have helped many people build businesses with these concepts. The concepts are not mine, I have not invented much, I just put it all together nicely.
I’m here today because I love sharing. I review almost every product I buy, every service I use, and every restaurant I go. I believe that sharing your opinion about things can help things move forward, people move forward.
