She is a digital nomad thoroughly. She currently works on a contract as Change Manager for Cisco. Her main task is to make sure that change not only happens but that people embrace and adopt the change and start working in the new way. Practically it means to work with the Project Management Team and define what is changing for whom, why, when and how to ensure the success of the change. She is the VP of an organization that supports families that adopted orphans – this is her real passion.
