We all want to live well, enjoy a balanced diet, and have a positive impact on the earth. With all of the opinions, and diet trends in the media today – it can be challenging to know what healthy eating really means. As a Registered Nutrition Practitioner and health educator, one of my goals is to help people obtain a better understanding of science-based optimal nutrition – so that they have the tools necessary to transition towards a healthier, and more sustainable diet!
What People Will Learn*:
- Learn the foundations of whole food, plant-based nutrition
- Discover the short and long-term health benefits of this nutritional approach
- Explore the environmental factors that play in our dietary choices
