Helene is a copywriter and business development advisor from Austria with a passion for holistic health. After experimenting with nutrition for some 10+ years, she felt it was high on time to structure the knowledge she has gained over the years: Nutrition according to Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) offered her a framework she was looking for. Helene is now completing her studies as nutrition expert according to Traditional Chinese Medicine. She loves learning, experimenting and exchanging views on holistic health issues. She is also a yoga instructor and traditional Thai massage therapist.
